Charlie Mike Co. was built by two friends who met in the military and connected through shared experiences, pressure, and the kind of challenges that test who you are. Like many who serve, we faced long days, setbacks, and moments where it felt like everything was working against us. Instead of letting it break us, we leaned on each other and found a way forward.

Along the way, we found golf.

What started as an outlet became something more. It gave us space to reset, talk, and push through whatever we were dealing with. Out on the course, it didn’t matter where you came from—what mattered was showing up and taking the next shot. That’s where the bond was built, and that bond is the foundation of this brand.

In the military phonetic alphabet, Charlie Mike means Continue Mission. It’s what you say when things don’t go as planned, when you hit a wall, or when you feel stuck. It’s a mindset—to keep moving forward no matter what.

We carry that mindset into everything we do.
